Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this site (the "Site") and, once you sign up, the WorkDaddy product. By using the Site or the product, you agree to these Terms. Paid use of the WorkDaddy product is additionally governed by the order form or subscription agreement you accept at signup; where the two conflict, that agreement controls.

1. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and contact us for information about WorkDaddy. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting Site functionality, or scraping content for purposes other than evaluating the product.

2. The Product

WorkDaddy connects to third-party services you authorize (such as Shopify, Google Analytics 4, GEOly AI, Klaviyo, Cloudflare, and Supabase, or your custom CMS/git repository) to analyze your site and, where you grant permission, stage or publish changes on your behalf. You control which agents run in staged (review-required) mode versus auto-pilot, and you remain responsible for reviewing changes before they go live if you choose staged mode.

3. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you connect and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You retain ownership of your store, site content, and business data; we process it only to provide the product to you.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WorkDaddy to build, publish, or promote content that is illegal, infringing, or deceptive, or to connect accounts you are not authorized to manage.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and product are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as traffic, conversion, or revenue increases) from using WorkDaddy, as results depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WorkDaddy, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or product.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
