Do I need to connect Shopify to use WorkDaddy?
No. Shopify is one of four supported site types. Custom-built sites, B2B trade sites, and local service sites all work the same way — Builder edits through your CMS, headless API, or a git-based deploy instead of the Shopify Admin API.
Which model engine should I pick?
Most teams start on the default routing, which sends each task to whichever of GPT, Kimi, or Claude Code performs best for it. You can pin a single engine instead if you have a preference or a compliance requirement.
What does "staged edit" mean?
Every change an agent makes — a page edit, a flow, a metadata fix — is written to a draft or preview first. Nothing goes live until you approve it, unless you turn on auto-pilot for that agent.
Can I add more sites later?
Yes, upgrade any time. Starter supports 1 site, Growth supports up to 3, and Scale and Enterprise support unlimited sites across any mix of platforms.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding scope agreed up front.
